What Will You Get

When you book your Ablaze Poker event we will discuss with you what you want the format of your game to be. If you tell us a little about yourself, your needs and your guests then we will be able to recommend a good format for your event.  Typically an 'at home' event would be a one table event providing space for up to 10 players whilst a game at a larger event, pub or club is really only limited by the space and budget you have available. Whatever format of game, cash or tournament, real or fantasy we will ensure that it is run within the necessary legal requirements and will discuss how we will manage this before any event.

On the night the requested number of professional dealers will arrive approximately one hour before you want your game to start and will set up tables, chairs, chips and cards ready for the game. The dealers will be dressed in professional attire as befits the professional service they will provide. The dealer will run through the game format that you have chosen with your players including providing any necessary tuition to less experienced players. All that remains to be done at that point is shuffle up and deal. Your game will be professionally dealt and managed from beginning to end. At the end of the night the dealers will pack away leaving the space, as much as possible, as it was when they arrived.

If you decide you wish to make your Ablaze Poker game a regular event, either weekly or monthly, then we will implement and manage a points system for your players and provide and present the winner with a trophy and bottle of champagne at the end of the year. In the event that you do make your Ablaze Poker game a regular event then the below listed fees will be reduced in order to reflect your commitment.

Fees

1 Dealer Event  £150

Event includes 1 dealer for 3 hours. Additional Turbo game or hours dealing charged at £20ph. (Please note that events involving more than 10 players will be self dealt until such time as only 10 players remain.)

2 Dealer Event  £225

Event includes 2 dealers for 3 hours. Additional Turbo game or hours dealing charged at £40ph. (Please note that events involving more than 20 players will be self dealt until such time as only 20 players remain.)

3 Dealer Event  £300

Event includes 3 dealers for 3 hours. Additional Turbo game or hours dealing charged at £60ph. (Please note that events involving more than 30 players will be self dealt until such time as only 30 players remain.)

Larger Events £By arrangement

If you are planning a larger event then please contact us to discuss your needs, how we might best meet them and what fee we might charge for such an event.

With all packages a deposit of £100 is necessary to secure your booking with the outstanding amount payable on the day of the event.
